jam crumble tart

 

 

We helped mummy make the jam crumble tart.

We needed to pre-heat the oven.

We needed jam(any kind), sugar, coconut, flour, 2 eggs, cold butter and vanilla extract.

We needed to wear our aprons.

Then mummy poured in the coconut, flour and the cold butter.

I read the instructions and it said we had to put it in the food processor.

We didn't have one so mummy did it by hand(using a tool.)

Next mummy cracked the eggs in the mixture.

Then mummy put 180g of the mixture in a box.

The rest of the mix went in a cake tin to bake in the oven.

Then we put it in the oven.

After we took the crumble out and Ki'kin put the blueberry jam on the crumble with a spoon

Then I spread the jam.

After mummy put the 180g mixture that was in the box over the jam.

The next step was to put it in the oven.

After the crumble was ready we ate it with cream.

It was delicious.

At the end the cream turned blue because of the jam.
