weekend lunch




 
 
I made butternut squash soup.
First we peeled the shallots then cut them into thin slices.
Then my mum cut up the butternut squash into cubes.
Then we sautéed the shallots and butternut squash.
After sautéing the shallots and butternut squash we blended the vegetables into a smooth texture.
When we ate the soup with bread it was delicious.
