shopping playdate

 

 

Yesterday I had a playdate with Julia and Sarah.

I had to collect Julia from her house.

Then once we collected her we went to drop off my sister at camp.

After that we went to Dundrum shopping center.

Since we were early and Sarah and her mum wasn't there Julia and I went to look around around the shops.

We went to Pennys so Julia can buy a onzie.

She wanted an unicorn onzie.

We couldn't find it so we said we would wait till Sarah was here.

Then we went to a gadget shop.

 We saw a pen which can listen to other conversations.

Then we left the gadget shop and went back to the place where we were supposed to meet Sarah and her mum.

They were already here.

We decided to meet each other back at twelve in front of Starbucks coffee.

First we went back to pennys and Sarah found the unicorn onzie but there was only one unicorn onzie plus it was an adult medium size.

So we just left it.

Then we went Easons the book and staitonary store.

We didn't find anything we liked.

Then we went to Hamleys toy store.

We spent ages there.

We found a Jelly Beans stand.

We got loads of Jelly Babys.

After we found a mit and ball.

Then we went to the Art and Hobby store  and I bought a mood ring.

Then we had to decide which place to eat.

We decided to eat at T.G.I. Fridays.

So instead of meeting each other at T.G.I. Fridays.

I ate chicken wings mozzerella cheese sticks and a hot dog with sweet potato fries.

Then Sarah's older brother James came back from a movie.

After my mum left and everyone else stayed because we were going back to Julia's house.

Then we went in Sarah's car to go to Julia's home.

Once we got there Julia showed us her cats brother.

He is so cute.

His name is Willow.

Misto the other cat is black with a white stomach.

Misto is the excact same with a white chin.

We played with them for a while before I had to go home.

I went to the National aquatic center ( NAC .)

We had to leave at 6:45 in the morning.

When we got there we had to do our warm up.

Then our race came.

I didn't come first in the girls 10 and under 50m freestlye.

Then right after that race I had to rush to get to my next race which was girls 10 and under 100m freestlye.

I think I came last in that race.

After that I was exhausted.

Since that was my last race and my sister already done her race we went to leave.

We found this photo booth sort of thing and we saw our pictures taken by this guy.

That photo up there was taken by a guy and then we bought them.

My brother got these glasses from a party bag.

I wore them on and every one started to burst out with laughter.

The glasses doesn't fit my brother or sister yet so I get to keep them until my brother is able to wear them.

I made pizza with my mum.

We got a make your one pizza kit.

The kit came with 2 bags of dough, 2 bags of pizza sauce ( which my mum thought was sweet, )

2 bags of cheese and instructions.

We took out the dough and I tried to make a star but my mum pointed out that won't work.

So I changed it to a diamond.

After I put on the tomato sauce then the cheese.

Then I put on the olives ( not from the kit.)

Next we put it in the oven for 10 minutes.

10 minutes past the the timer rings.

We took out the pizza ate it for lunch.

My mum added pepper to the pizza.

It was divine.

 

 

pomelo

Pomelo is a type of orange.

It is huge.

After you peel off the skin you will find the is white part.

The white part is so soft and thick.

Then the pomelo will appear smaller because you peeled off the white part.

Then you finally got to the pomelo part.

The pomelo will be a yellowish colour.

When you eat the pomelo it will be sour.

I love pomelo.

I think pomelo grows in China.

I sometimes take pomelo for my school snack.



udon

 

 

Today I had udon.

Udon is a Japanese noodle.

I ate the udon with chopsticks.

The udon was sent to us by our grandparents.

The udon came with udon and seaweed.

The udon was delicious especially with the soup.

I love udon and it is one of my favourite food.

Back in Japan my grandma would make udon for us.

The udon was a little hard for me to eat with chopsticks.

I love eating udon.
